A short drive east along the Gwydir Highway will bring you to the infamous Cranky Rock. The perfect spot for some keen adventurers to explore. From climbing, swimming, yabbying and more, you will keep the kids entertained for hours. Cranky Rock has an abundance of wildlife and is the perfect spot for a picnic by the water and skim a rock or two.
GNARLY RAMPS….
If it’s a gnarly jump or you feel the need for a shred, the local skatepark is where the cool kids hang out. Hit the park for a late afternoon sesh and meet some local talent.

From a juicy steak to a Chinese banquet, check out some of the local dining options where you can sit down and relax or grab and go.
COOL OFF WITH A DIP….
Our 50 metre swimming pool with ample shade will give you the opportunity to sit back and relax while the kids practice their bombs. Open from October long weekend until Easter, this is the perfect place to kick back and read a book while the kids play.
